STRASSBURG Mrs. Amelia R. Strassburg (nee Mavis), 80, of 90 Felton St., North Tonawanda, Thursday evening (July 12, 1956) at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Warren Gordon of 477 Broad St., Tonawanda after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Frederick C. Strassburg. Also surviving are another daughter, Vera Strassburg; two grandchildren, Warren Jr. and Linda; five sisters, Mrs. Amanda Werth, Mrs. Charles Hildebrandt, Mrs. Gust Demler, Mrs. William Walck and Mrs. Harry Knights, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Frettholf Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Road, where services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday and 3 in St. Marks Lutheran Church, the Rev. Paul Fretthold officiating. Burial will be in St. Marks Lutheran Cemetery.
