 NIAGARA FALLS, Ont.-Alexander Doan, 66,
 of 618 Nelson Crescent, died unexpectedly Sunday
 (April 16, 1967) at Greater Niagari General Hospital.
 Mr. Doan was stricken with a heart attack after stopping his car at a grocery store while returning home from church.
 He retired in 1965 after 25
 years service as a machinist
 operator with National Car-
 bon Co., Niagara Falls, N.Y.
 He had been an active mem-
 ber of St. Paul's Lutheran
 Church.
 Born in Chippawa, he had
 resided in this city most of his
 life.
 Survivors include his widow,
 the former Rose Wendt; a
 son. Alexander (Duke) Doan,
 this city, and two granddaughters.
 Susan and Marty Doan.
 Friends may call at the
 Hetherington and Deans Chapel,
 where services will be
 held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
 Burial will be in Fairview
