Dies Not Knowing Father Was Killed
Mrs. William Lynch Expires After Long Illness
Mrs. Helena (sic) Louise Lynch, 43 years old, wife of William E. Lynch, 1714 Eighteenth street, died at her home yesterday, following an illness of eight months. She was the daughter of the late William Schmidt, Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County court crier, who was killed in an automobile crash a month ago today, Mrs. Lynch bas been critically ill since her father's death and was not told that he had been killed.
Born in the Town of Wheatfield, Mrs. Lynch came to Niagara Falls about 25 years ago. She was well known and highly respected in the city. Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Albertina (sic) Schmidt, Town of Wheatfield; two brothers, John and Theodore Schmidt, Town of Wheatfield, and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Tunge (sic) and Mrs. Henry Schendle (sic), of the Town of Wheatfield, and Mrs. George Reid, of this city.
