  The Buffalo News - May 4, 1995 Services for Howard F. Siegman, a volunteer firefighter for 45 years, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John Lutheran Church, Niagara Falls Boulevard and Ward Road. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery. Siegman, 67, of Homeyer Road, died Tuesday (May 2, 1995) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda, after apparently suffering a heart attack. He was born in Wheatfield and was a member of St. Johnsburg Volunteer Fire Company for 45 years. He served as treasurer and fire chief and was an active fire police officer. Siegman was a life member of the Niagara County Volunteer Firemen's Association, the Niagara County Fire Police Association and a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church. He was superintendent of the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, the former Loretta J. Severance; a daughter, Kathleen Greenland of Cambria; two sons, Jeffrey and Jay; two brothers, Lester and Roger "Pete"; and two grandchildren.
