Overholt (nee Allard) formerly of 411-1/2 Kohl St., suddenly Sunday morn- ing (July 24, 1955) at the home of her son, Roy in Trenton, N..J., Mrs. Overholt was the wife of the late Isaac Overholt; mother of Harry of Tonawanda, Melvin of North Tonawanda, and Roy of Trenton, N.J. Also survived by seven grandchildren; sister of Wal- ter Allard of North Tonawanda. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1341 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. after 6 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., the Rev. William Saye of- ficiating. Interment in Elmlawn Cemetery.
