  The Buffalo News - April 7, 1997 Mary M. Mietz, 82, of Upper Mountain Road died Friday (April 4, 1997) in Lockport Memorial Hospital. A native of Buffalo, the former Mary M. Schmidt was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid Her husband, Otto, died in 1984. Surviving are three daughters, Susan Bollinger of Albany, Rebecca Azbell of Lancaster, OH, and Marilyn Stuart; two brothers, Arthur Schmidt and Adolph Schmidt, both of Michigan; a sister, Ruth Kroening of Akron; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery
