WHEATFIELD - Mr. and
Mrs. Benjamin J. Toellner,
7157 Nash Road, celebrated
their golden anniversary.
The Adams Volunteer Fire
Co. Auxiliary honored them
with a buffet dinner and re-
ception in the firehall, which
was attended by 70 guests.
Mr. Toellner is a charter
member of the Adams Fire
Co. and Mrs. Toellner a char-
ter m e m b e r and one of the
founders' of the Ladies Aux-
iliary of the Fire Company.
The former Hilda Wurl of
Martinsville was married to
Benjamin Toellner on June
14, 1911 in her parents home.
They have two sons, Don-
ald and Roy Toellner, and
two daughters, Mrs. James
Grieser and Mrs. LaVern
Doebler. They have 10 grand-
children and one grandchild.
Mrs. Joseph Weigand, pre-
sident of the auxiliary, pre-
sented Mrs. Toellner a cor-
sage and a gift of a vase an d
flowers from the auxiliary.
Mrs. Leonard Bray, chap-
lain for the auxiliary, led a
prayer for the couple.
