Husband of Lois Urtel, father of Mrs. Dale (Frances) Neumann of North Tonawanda; stepfather of Mrs. James (Joan) Mangan of Youngstown, NY, James McCarthy of Batavia, Genesee County, NY, and Richard McCcarthy of Las Cruces, New Mexico; brother of Edward Urtel of Ransomville, N. Y., and Mrs. James (Florence) Dunn of San Jose, Calif.; also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday (July 12th) at 1 P.M., from the Lane Funeral Home, Inc., 8622 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, with Mr. Nicholas Gehl officiating. Interment Mt. View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday and Thursday.
