  Pantagraph, The (Bloomington, IL) - April 22, 1996 Walter F. Heins, 81, of Lincoln, died at 10:50 P.M. Saturday (April 20, 1996) at his home. His funeral will be at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at the Zion Lutheran Church, Lincoln, the Rev. Mark Carnahan officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Lincoln. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at the Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln. Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church, Lincoln. He is survived by his wife, Lillian (Haseley) Heins, Lincoln; one son, Robert, Onarga; one daughter, Nancy Wyner, Manhattan Beach, Calif.; three brothers, Carl and Paul Heins, both of Lincoln; and Arnold Heins, Port Charlotte, Fla.; and four grandchildren
