were Mrs. Anna
Ewald, 59, 532 Payne avenue, who
died suddenly at her home at 5:10
this morning from a heart attack,
and Mrs. Anna Lewandowski, 64,
8 5th avenue, who died at her
home at 4 a.m. today from a heart
attack.

Mrs. Anna A. Ewald, 59, died
suddenly this morning from a
heart attack at her home, 532
Payne avenue. Mrs. Ewald was a
lifelong resident of North Tonawanda
and a member of St. Martin's
church in Martinsville. She
is survived by her husband, Martin
C; two daughters, Gertrude
and Mrs. Frank Prohaska; a son,
AOM 2/c Oscar Ewald of the Navy
Air Corps, stationed in San An-
tonio; a grandson, her father, Carl
Belling; four sisters, Mrs. Robert
Thiele, Mrs. Adolf Thiele, Mrs.
Louis Sattelberg and Mrs. Walter
Denef, and three brothers,
John, Carl and George Belling,
all of the Tonawandns. Rites will
be held Monday at 2 p. m. from
the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam
street and at 2:30 from the St
Martin's church, the Rev. Theo.
Bemer officiating. Burial will be
in White Chapel Memorial Park.
