- PFANNER - Mrs. Augusta M. Pfanner, 80, of 183 Grove St., Tonawanda, died Friday night, Sept. 12. 1952, in Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo after a brief illness. Born in Bergboltz, she was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Womens Guild of the Church. Her husband, the late George A. Pfanner, died in 1941. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Everett, Miss Viola Pfanner; two sons, Fred R. and Edward C; six grand and three great-grandchildren, all of Tonawanda; five sisters, Mrs. Herman Mielke, Mrs. Edward Wendt, Mrs. Fred Van de Water, all of Pekto, N. Y.. Mrs. William Strassburg of Redondo, Calif., Mrs. Louis Horsack of Rochester; three brothers, Chistlan Strassburg of North Tonawanda, Phillip and William Strassburg of Pekin. Friends may call at the residence, 183 Grove St., where funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Walter F. Hetzel will officiate. Burial will be to White Chapel Memorial Park. At the expressed request of the deceased, flowers are gratefully declined.
