  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 10/23/1984 BAUMGARTNER - Joseph F. Baumgartner, 74, of North Tonawanda, Monday, October ,1984 at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mr. Baumgartner was a member of the North Tonawanda Senior Citizens and the Senior Citizen Bowling League. He retired in 1974 after 41 years at Wurlitzer Company. Mr. Baumgartner is survived by his wife, Katherine (nee Jaeger) Baumgartner; one son, Anthony (Mary Ann) Baumgartner of Richardson, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Loran (Anita) Hammett of Portland Ore., and Mrs. William (Betty) Holovics of North Tonawanda; three sisters, Mrs. Barbara Leber and Mrs. Ann Biringer, both of North Tonawanda and Mrs. Paul (Betty) Volansky of W. Palm Beach, Fla. Grandfather of eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where services will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Park.
