  Buffalo NY Courier Express - 11/22/1944 Medical Examiner Rocco N. De- Dominicis is investigating the deaths of Carl Braegas. 71, who was found yesterday morning hanging in a garage behind his home at 287 Morgan St., Tonawanda. ALSO Niagara Gazette - 11/22/1944 TONAWNDA, N.Y., Nov.22 - Carl M. Braegas, 71, died yesterday at. the home of his daughter, Mrs William Koepsel, 387 Morgan street. A native of Germany, 'he ,had resided in Tonawanda the last 37 years. He leaves two sons, William and Carl F„ of North Tonawanda; three daughters, Mrs. Koepsel. Mrs. Rudolph Neuman, of North Tonawanda,. and Mrs. Robert Carrlgan, of Merriton, Ont: 24 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funerl services will be private and win be conducted, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Hamp funeral home, 17 Adam street. Burial will be In Resthaven cemetery.
