Agnes Marie (Luzzader) Luick, of Niagara Falls, died on Thursday, April 23, 2009 in Crestwood Health Care Center where she has resided for the last two years. Born in Clarksburg, WV, she moved to Niagara Falls with her three year old son, Thomas and worked for the Nabisco Shredded Wheat Company for 37 years. In 1961, she married Elmer Luick and together they enjoyed traveling and delivering Meals on Wheels, a services Agnes continued after his death in 1981 for a total of 18 years. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, reading, crafts and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Niagara Falls Golden Agers and LaSalle Senior Exercise Class. She is survived by her granddaughter, Dennie Kaess of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; and two grandsons, Thomas Sinsel of New Port, NC and Steven Sinsel of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; seven great grandchildren; a niece, Cecilia Lemasters of Pineville, NC; nephew, Wayne Luzzader of North Logan, UT; and many great nieces and nephew; two stepchildren, Warren Luick, Sr. (Marilyn) and Donald Luick (Beverley) of Sanborn; many step-grandchildren; and dear friend, Jean Cox of Vicksburg, MS. She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer Luick; sister, Mary Cannon, brother, Joseph Luzzader; son, Thomas L. Sinsel in 2007; and a dear friend, Katie Congi of Vicksburg, MS. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue. Funeral Services Saturday 11 AM in Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls. The interment will be in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston.
