  7 July 1936 Tonawanda News Former Resident of N. Tonawanda Dies Albert F. Mellenthine, 62 years old, former resident of North Tonawanda, died yesterday afternoon at the Niagara county sanitarium after an illness of six years. He was born in the town of Wheatfield and had resided in Niagara county all his life. He leaves a wife, Irene nee Schroeder, Sanborn; a son, Robert, North Tonawanda; three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Logan, Niagara Falls, Mrs. Raymond Mislin, Tonawanda, and Mrs. Frank Daunce, North Tonawanda; five grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Gustav Kumm, St. Johnsburg. Rites will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam street. Rev. Theodore Mayer will officiate.
