A lifelong resi- dent of T o n a w a n d a . he was employed many years as a millwright at the S p a u l d i n e Fibre company. - Wheeler s t r e e t p l a n t Mr. Wein was a member of I m m a n u e l Lutheran c h u r c h , the National Hose c o m p a ny and the T o n a w a n d a Volunteer Fire - men's Benevolent association. He is survived by his wife. Mrs Elizabeth Kagel Wein: three sons Alvin. Chester and Howard Wein: two d a u g h t e r s . Mrs. DeWitt Scott a n d Mrs. Howard Warblow: four g r a n d c h i l d r e n , two b r o t h e r s . Emil a n d Christian Wein. a n d five sisters Miss Emma Wein, Mrs. Hannah Luther.
