Lottie J (new Kley) Proefrock, 66, of he Town of Penfleton, Monday,(September 25, 1989) at the Newfane Health Facility. Born in Schmalkholden, Germany, she had been a resident of the Town of Pendleton for the past thirty-three years and was the wife of the late Kenneth F. Proefrock. Mrs. Proefrock had been employed at the United States Air Force Reserve Base in Niagara Falls, New York for seventeen years retiring in 1985 and was a member of Salem United Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, James R (Katherine) Proefrock of the Town of Pendleton, three grandchildren, Mrs. Shari (Robert) Simmang of Hampton, Virginia, Marc and Paul Proefrock, both of Albuquerque, New Mexico and two great-grandchildren, Beth and Casey Simmang, a brother, Albert (Jean) Kley of Tonawanda and was tthe dearest friend of Jerry Roberts of the Town of Pendleton.
There will be no prior visitation. A private graveside service will be held in Wheatfield Cemetery in the Town of Wheatfield at the convenience of the family. The Rev. Richard H. Trump will officiate. Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Proefrock may be made to the Disbetes Association of W.N.Y. or Salem United Church of Christ. Arrangements by John O.
