STANLEY E.SEARLES
LOCKPORT - Stanley E.t
Searles, 80, a retired pharmacist,
died at Mount View
Hospital Sunday, (Sept. 12,
1971), where he had been a
patient for the last six months.
A native of Jeddo, he was
born Aug. 10, 1891, the son of
John and Catherine Furry
Searles, and came to Lockport
as a boy. He was a graduate of
the University of Buffalo
School of Pharmacy and was
employed as a pharmacist for
the Reynolds and Pomeroy
Drug Store, Parsons Drug;
Store and Sweet and Brothy,
Drug Store, all in Lockport.
His wife, the former Ruth;
Gooding, died in 1949. He is.

three nephews, Mrs. Robert
Sang of Lockport, Mrs. Clayton
Roberts of Massachusetts,
Mrs. William Mayne of
Niagara Falls, Mrs. Edward
Reed and Mrs. Vernon
Steinman, both of Rochester,'
Bruce Fellows, of Lockport,
Frank Searles of Niagara Falls
and Charles Craig of Sun City,
Ariz., a sister-in-law and two
great-nephews.
Friends may- call at the
Taylor and Reynolds Funeral
Home, Niagara at North,
Transit streets, where services
will be held at 10 a.m. Wed-
nesday.
Burial will be In Cold Springs
Cemetery.
