  Niagara Gazette - 11/7/1951 TOWN OF LEWISTON. Nov. 7- Funeral services for William R". Korff, 75, who died yesterday, will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the home .of a daughter, Mrs. Miles Nichols, Ridge road. The Rev. F. E. Robinson will officiate. Interment will be. in North Ridge cemetery* Besides the daughter, Mrs. Nichols, Mr. Korff is survived by one son, Harold W. Korff, of Lewiston; two brothers, George Korff, Gasport, and La Vera Korff, Newfane; two sisters, Mrs. Rudolf Schrader, Newfane, and Mrs. Lillian James, Lewiston, and three grandchildren. His wife, the.late Mrs. Irene M. Korff. died several'years ago. Mrs. Nichols is a member of the Nevada avenue school faculty, Town of Niagara. Mr. Korff was born in the Town of Wilson, December 25. 1875. He was. a resident of West Somerset for 25 years, where he was an active member of the West Somerset Baptist church. In March, 1941, he retired from farming and moved to the Town of Lewiston. After the death.of his wife, he made his home with his daughter.
