  Tonawanda News SNIFF - Alice Broeker Sniff, 71, of 367 Bryant St., North Tonawanda, Wednesday (Sept. 16,1970). She was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, a member of Payne Avenue Christian Church and was the wife of the late Harold Sniff. Survived by four brothers, Chester and Lloyd Broeker of North Tonawanda, Irving of Buffalo and Donald Broeker of Detroit, and two sisters, Mrs. Adolph Kwiatkowski and Mrs. Louis Schebell, both of North Tonawanda. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Wattengel Funeral Home Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Lyle V. Newman will officiate. Burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
