KRULL - William C. Krull, 75, of 2874 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda,
suddenly Tuesday (May 25, 1971) in the Veterans Hospital, Buffalo. Mr.
Krull was a lifelong resident of the Town of Wheatfield, proprietor and
owner of Krull's Inn for 38 years. He served with the U. S. Army from 1917
to 1919, and was a member of the American Legion Post 264. One of the
original founders of the St. Johnsburg Fire Co., he was a lifelong member of
St. John Lutheran Church.
Mr. Krull is survived by his wife, Esther (nee Schulmeister) Krull; one
daughter, Mrs. Wilfred Humphries of North Tonawanda; three sons, William,
Harold and Melvin Krull, all of North Tonawanda; ten grandchildren, five
great-grandchildren; he was the father-in-law of the late Arnold E. Martin.
Mr. Krull is also survived by one brother, Mr. Edward Krull, and two
sisters, Miss Gertrude Krull and Mrs. Jared Tiffany, all of the Tonawandas.
Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at
Ward Rd., North Tonawanda, after 1 p.m. Wednesday until Friday noon. The
body will lie in state in St. John Lutheran Church from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Friday, time of service. The Rev. Clarence W. Rabe will officiate. Burial
will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda.
