  Maerten Anna M. Maerten, 84, of 7000 Ward Road, Town of Wheatfield, Tuesday (Jan. 13, 1970) at DeGraff Hospital after lengthy illness. Mrs. Maerten was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and the Ladies Guild. Survived by two daughter, Mrs. August (Ella) Koenig of the Town of Wheatfield and Mrs. Walter (Leona) Westphal of North Tonawanda, and two sons Raymond C. and Edward L. Maerten, both of the Town of Wheatfield. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Road, North Tonawanda, until noon Friday. Services will be conducted at St. Mark Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Edward C. Goehner will officiate. Interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery.
