Rev. Francis P. Cronin of- ficated at the double ring ceremony in which th e daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold W. Drewes, Ridge Road, Lockport, became the bride of the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Treichler, Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn. GIVEN IN MARRIAGE by her father, the bride wore a peau de sole gown trim- med with imported lace mo- tifs and featuring a semi- bell skirt terminating in a bouffant train. Imported forgetmeknows held her English illusion bouffant veil with lace mo- tifs and scalloped edges, and she carried a bouquet of white roses, red carnations and a white orchid. MISS CAROL BRAWN, maid of honor, was outfitted in a scarlet taffeta dress with matching cabbage rose headpiece holding a bouf- fant veil. She carried a bou- quet of white roses and red carnations. Bridesmaids, Miss Linda Yoder, Miss Jill Treichler, Miss Sheri Maynard, and junior bridesmaid, Miss Pamela Drewes, were simi- larly outfitted. Mervin Treichler was best man. Guests were seated by LaVern Drewes, Arnold Drewes and Roger Gambel. AN EVENING RECEP- TION was held at the Cam- bria Community Center. For her daughter's wed- ding, Mrs. Drewes chose a bone matte jersey dress with taupe accessories. The bridegroom's mother was attired in a gold silk jack- eted dress with coffee ac- cessories. After a wedding trip to the Pocomo Mountains Mr, and Mrs. Treichler will re- side in Sanborn.

  Gary Treichler Obituary Of Sanborn, NY, passed away on  Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He  was born in Niagara Falls, NY,  on August 27, 1941, a son of the late Henry A. and Elizabeth [Burton]  Treichler. Mr. Treichler graduated from Wilson High School. He and his brother became the owners of H.A. Treichler & Sons Greenhouse in 1974,  after the death of their father, which they continue to operate. Mr. Treichler joined the Sanborn Fire Company on  February 23, 1963 and was the Company's Foreman from 1967 to 1970. He became an exempt member in 1989. He enjoyed his time wintering in Florida and summering at his cottage. Mr. Treichler was an avid NASCAR fan and a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #162 in Pompano, Florida. He was the husband of 63 years to the late Linda M. [Drewes] Treichler, who passed away in July of 2025, they were married on March 3, 1962. Mr. Treichler is survived by his children Tammy, Todd (Sybil) and Terry (Kelli O'Connor) Treichler,  siblings Mervyn ( Suzanne) Treichler, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews. He was the great grandfather of a late great granddaughter and brother of the late Jill Hanlon. A celebration of his life will be held at a time to announced later next year. Memorials may be made in his name to the Sanborn Fire Company or Niagara Hospice. Inurnment in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria, NY.
