- Edwin H. Stallard, Sr. age 88 of the Town of Lewiston, New York, was called to his heavenly home on January 29, 2025 while at the McAuley Residence in the Town of Tonawanda, New York. Born in Anonata, Virginia on March 11, 1936; son of the late Emery and Bertha (Smith) Stallard. A graduate of Big Creek High School in West Virginia, he has been a resident in New York since 1955. Edwin was employed as a welder at Union Carbide for approximately 25 years, until his retirement. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, and enjoyed fishing and hunting.He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Strange) Stallard on September 10, 1998; and six siblings, Pete, David, Lewis, Clarence Stallard, Janice Terusso, and Leona Nofer.Survivors include three sons, Edwin (Arlene), Scott (Phyllis), and James (dec'd Cindy) Stallard; two sisters, Barbara Robinson, and Regina McQuary; a sister in law, Doris Stallard; eleven grandchildren, Derek, Craig, Tyler, Brittany, Scottie, Phyllip, Caleb, Lynne Marie, Nicole, Kimberlee, and Marquis; and several great-grandchildren.Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Saturday (February 1) from 2-4 p.m. Services will immediately follow the visitation at 4:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Niagara Falls Memorial Park, Town of Lewiston, New York, on February 3rd.
