CAMBRIA Elmer H. Schuler,
75, of 3252 Lower Mountain
Road, Cambria Center, died Friday
(March 8, 1968) in Niagara
Falls Memorial Hospital after
a lengthy illness.
Mr. Schuler was born in St.
Johnsburg in 1893. He owned a
farm on Lower Mountain Road
which he operated for 40 years
until his retirement in 1955.
He is survived by two sons,
Elmer Schuler Jr. of Lockport
and Alton Schuler of Wilsoh;
four . daughters, Vera Schuler'
and Mrs. Raymond (Helen)
Townsend, both of . Lockport,
Mrs. Joseph (Alice) Hammer,
Middleport, and Mrs. Robert
(Thelma) Berst, Tonawanda.
He was the brother of Arthur
Schuler, Sanborn, and Albert
Schuler, Lockport, Mrs. Lee
(Freda) Morton of Ohio, a nd
Mrs. Arthur (Esther) Thilleo
and Mrs. Arnold (Hulta) Spring,
er, both of California;
He is also survived by 17
grandchildren, seven g r e at
grandchildren and by several
nieces and nephews-.
Services will be held Monday,
at 2 p.m., at Pike and Jones
Funeral Home Inc., Sanborn,
with the Rev. Kenneth H. Kolbe,
St. Paul's United Church of
Christ, officiating. Burial will be
in Wheatfield Cemetery.
Friends may call today after
7 p.m. and Sunday from. 2 to.
5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
