  Niagara Gazette - 1/2/1946 Mrs. Augusta Strehler, 69. of 1615 Niagara street, died yesterday. A na- tive of Germany., she was the widow of Gottfried Strehler. She had been in ill health for some time She was active in the affairs of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church. Surviving Mrs, Strehle; are two sons. Arthur C. Michel, of this city, and Herbert L. Michel, of Lewiston, N Y. and a daughter. Mrs. Virginia J. Gromoll. of this city, four sisters. Mrs. Herman Donner. of Middleport, N. Y, Mrs. Henry Keller, of Los Angeles. Calif : Mrs. Ferdinand Hess and Mrs. J. Warren Cunningham, both of this city, and a brother. Fred Boehnke. of Tonawanda. N. Y. Four grandchildren also survive Private funeral services will be held from the family residence on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and i He said the ground at present is public services will be held from the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. Paul J. Hartenberger officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park cemeterv.
