  Niagara Gazette - 9/24/1945 Dies at 82 Years TONAWANDA. Sept 24 - Mrs Bertha Carney, 82 died today at her home, 220 East Niagara street. Mrs Carney was a lifelong resident of' the Tonarandas She was a member of the Salrni Evangelical and Reformed church. Surviving are her husband, Orvllle Carney, and a brother, Fred Zaggel, of North Tonawanda. Last rites will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the home. Interment will be in Sweeney ceme- tery.
