  NF Gazette Jan. 30, 1973 CLARA B. GOMBERT WHEATFIELD -- Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Clara B. Gombert, 79, of 2554 Wurl St., who died unexpectedly Sunday (Jan. 28, 1973) in Memorial Medical Center. Services will be held at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Albert W. Bahr officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery. Mrs. Gombert was a member of the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Ladles Aid Society and the Women's Missionary League and Town of Wheatfield Senior Citizens. The wife of the late Arthur Gombert, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Rudolph (Lorraine) Kroening of Wheatfield: one sister, Mrs. Elsie Stenzel of Wheatfield, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1311 Oliver St.. at Ward Rd, North Tonawanda, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and until noon Wednesday. If desired, memorials may be made to the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church building fund, the family said.
