Rudolph Sieck Dies
WILSON—Rudolph H. Sieck of 3716 Braley Road, -
who wpuld have celebrated his 71sta birthday Friday,
died Wednesday (March 8, 1967) at home after an
illness of a year.
Mr. Sieck was born March
10, 1896, in Lewiston, the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Sleek.
He married Florence Schuman
In1923 and then moved
to this community.
He* Served in the United
States Army in France during
World War I as a member of
the infantry. He retired in 1961
from the Carborundum Co.,
Niagara Falls, after 20 years
of service.
He was a former member
of the Wilson Post of the
American Legion, and the
Veterans of Foreign Wars. He
also was a member of St.
Peter's Lutheran Church,
North Ridge.
In addition to his wife, he
is survived.by a-son, Durwood
Sieck, Wilson; a brother,
Richard Sieck, Largo, Fla.;
three sisters, Mrs. Selma
Seefeldt and Mrs. Esther
Barber, both of Niagara Falls,
and Mrs. Minnie Doran, Ransselaer,
N.Y., and two grand*
children.
Friends may call at the
Hamilton and Clark Funeral
Chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
Services will be held at 2 p.m.
Saturday at the chapel with
the Rev. William Faust, of
St. Peter's Lutheran Church,
officiating. Burial will be In
North Ridge Cemetery.
NOTE - some of his siblings used the name "Seick"
