  Niagara Gazette - 1/30/1960 DuPont Employe Due to Retire J o s e p h T. Segarra, 3008 Military Rd. will retire at the end of this month after more than 31 years of service with the DuPont Co.'s Niagara Falls plant. A native of M a y u g u e z , Puerto Rico, Mr. Segarra came to Niagara Falls in 1916. He joined DuPont in 1928 as an operator in the acid plant. In 1954 he was transferred to construction where he has worked as a pipefitter. Mr. Sewara plans to go to Florida in the spring.
