 Sidney Wise, 66, dog warden
 of the Town of Niagara, died
 'unexpectedly Monday (Dec.
 30, 1968) at Mount St. Mary's
 Hospital.
 Born in Sheffield, England,
 Mr. Wise had been a resident,
 of the Town of Niagara for
 the past 30 years. He resided
 -with his wife, the former
 Helen Bailey of N i a g a r a
 Falls, at 6800 Elsa' Place in
 the Town of Niagara.
 Mr. Wise was employed as
 a millwright by the Union
 Carbide Corp. for 23 years,
 until his retirement in 1964,
 when he became dog warden
 for the Town of Niagara. He
 was a member of the Town
 of Niagara Democratic Club.
 Besides his wife, Mr. Wise
 is survived by' three sons:
 Sidney, Robert and Kurt Sidney
 of the Town of Niagara
 « and Ronald Edward Wise of
 Boise, Idaho; a. sister, Mrs.
 Victor (Ethyl) Shannon of
 Lewiston; a brother,. Charles
 F. Wise of Tampa, Fla.; a
 grandson, Kurt Sidney of
 Wyoming and several nieces
 and nephews.
 Funeral services will be
 conducted at the Grimes
 Funeral Home Thursday at
 2 p.m. with the Rev. William
 J. Devine, pastor of Niagara
 United Presbyterian Church,
 officiating. Burial will be in
 Memorial Park Cemetery.
 Friends may call at the
 funeral home today a nd
 Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m.
 and 6 to 9 p.m. The family
 said that contributions to iho
 Emphysema Fund will be
 acceptable as tribute.
