Barbara Sessman,
Lynn Diebold Marry
SANBORN Miss Barbara Faye Sessman became
the bride of Lynn Alvin Diebold Saturday, (July
22, 1961) in a double-ring ceremony at the First Baptist
Church.
Rev. William Webster performed the ceremony
uniting in marriage the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Raymond J. Sessman, Townline Road, and the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Diebold, Errick Road, North Tonawanda.
FAMILY BARBEQUE - A western-style barbecue

Given in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a
gown of Chantilly lace and
silk tulle fashioned with a
portrait neckline and fitted
bodice. The bouffant skirt
featured an apron effect of
lace. A caplet of matching
lace and seqiuns 'caught
her fingertip veil. The
bride carried a crescent
bouquet of white sweetheart
roses centered with a
white orchid.
Miss Patricia Seely was
maid of honor wearing a
dress of wood violet organza
with a bouffant skirt.
She wore a picture hat of
silk tulle and carried a
crescent bouquet of white
roses.
Miss Sharlene Ensminger
and Miss Dale Diebold
were bridesmaids. They
were attired similarly to
the honor attendant. Sally
Sortman, flower girl, carried
carried
a basket of summer
flowers.
Gary Gertz was best man
while ushers were Raymdnd
Sessman Jr., and Ronald
Wendt. Ronald Sessman,
brother of the bride, was
ringbearer.
An evening reception
was held at the 3-F Club,
Lewlston.
The bride's mother greeted
guests wearing a sheath
dress of blue silk shantung
with a matching sleeveless
full-length coat,' and blue
accessories. The mother of
the bridegroom favored
beige embroidered silk over
a taffeta dress with toastcolored
and beige accessories.
Both women wore
white orchid corsages.
Mr. and Mrs. Diebold
will reside at 6170 Ward
Road, Sanborn, when they
return from a wedding trip
to the Adirondack Mountains
