NORTH TONAWANDA - Frank G. Penslien, 84, of 158 Vandervoort St. died Tuesday (Jan 30, 1968) in Newfane Inter-Community Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Wheatfield, he was a lifelong resident of this area and formerly was employed by the New York Central Railroad as a crossing guard. Survivors include his wife, the former Katherine Lochner; a daughter, Mrs. Winifred Liebeck; a brother, Otto Penslien; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, all of the Tonawandas. Friends may call from 2 to 4, and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Rev. A.W. Moldenhauer. Officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park.
