Mrs. Lucia R. S. Shaul died at her
home Sunday following a brief illness.
Mrs. Shaul was born at Westernville
the daughter of the late Thomas and
Sarah Shirley, and was 68 years old
the day she died. Her death occurred
on the birthday of both her and her
husband. She had resided in Deansboro
twenty-eight years. She was a
member of the Christian Science
Church of Rome. She was a charter
member of the Travelers' Club and
also of the Garden Club and always
took an active part in boht clubs.
Besides her husband, she is survived
by two sisters, Mrs.* Eliza
Grower of East Aurora, and Mrs.
Frank Grower of Frankfort, and several
nieces and nephews. Funeral
•services were held Wednesday at 1
o'clock. Rev. Mr. Davies officiating,
and burial was at Westernville.
