Man, 74, Dies
In Tonawanda
TONAWANDA Frederick
W. Numsen, 74, of 149 S. Niagara
St., died Tuesday (Feb.
14, 1961) in his home. Born in
Colehur, 111., he lived here
for the last 70 year*..
Mr. Numsen was employed
as a shipping clerk at the
Spaulding Fiber Corp. for
more than 24 years before
retiring last year. He was a
World War I veteran and a
member of the Tonawanda
Post No. 264 Americal Legion.
He is survived by his wife,
Helen Caril Numsen; a step-
daughter, Mrs. William And-
takulle of Niagara Falls; three
sisters, Mrs. Anna Kuirkowski,
of this city, Mrs. Elizabeth
Golem of North Tonawanda,
Mrs. Clara Kriedeman of Ol-
cott; five step-grandchildren
and four step great-grandchil-
dren.
Funeral services will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Friday
in the Hamp Funeral Home
Inc. REv. Karl H. A. Rest will
officiate. Burial will be in
Elmlawn Cemetery. American
Legion services will be con-
ducted at 7 p.m. tonight in the
funeral home.
