  2 February 1954 Tonawanda News Services Conducted For J. J. Soos Jr. Funeral services were conducted this morning for Julius J. Soos Jr., 46, of 69 Grote St., Buffalo, formerly of North Tonawanda, who was fatally injured last Friday in a Buffalo garage accident. Dr. Rocco N. DeDominicis, Erie County medical examiner, is investigating the accident. Authorities were told Mr. Soos, a mechanic in the Marasco Trucking Co. garage at 326 Plymouth St. was struck in the face when a grinding wheel split. He died two hours later at Lafayette General Hospital. Mr. Soos had been a driver and mechanic for the trucking concern for more than 20 years. He was born in North Tonawanda Sept. 16, 1907, a son of Joseph and Kate Danes Soos. He is survived by his wife; a son, Julius J. Soos Jr.; two brothers, Joseph and Theodore, and two sisters, Mrs. Helen Wolfe and Mrs. Mary Sommers.
