Mr. and Mrs. Harold A. Zuch
of 362 Miller St., North
Tonawanda, marked their 50th
wedding anniversary last night
at a dinner in Hardings Restaurant,
Youngstown.
Among those attending were
their son, Glenn, his wife and
their two children, and the
couple's bridal attendants, Mrs.
Michael Shannon, Mrs. Zuch's
sister, and Fred Zuch, Mr.
Zuch's brother.
The couple also will be honored
at an open house Sunday in
the Hagen Avenue home of their
son, Glenn, who is an art
teacher at the Dexter Terrace
School.
Mr. and Mrs. Zuch have been
members of St.- Matthew
Lutheran Church of North
Tonawanda since their marriage.
For many years, both
were active in various groups of
the church.
Mr. Zuch retired eight years
ago from the Richardson Boat
Company and prior to that was
foreman in the organ department
at The Wurlitzer Co.,
where he worked for 35 years.
He is a life member of
American Legion Post 264.
Mrs. Zuch's hobby of needlepoint
and quilting along with
Mr. Zuch's interest in antiques
and furniture refinishing has
contributed much to the beauty
of their home.
