  Niagara Gazette - 11/4/1949 The wills of three deceased resi- dents of the Niagara Falls area were filed for probate before Surrogate John S. Marsh in Surrogate J court at City Hall, today. Herbert G. Wilson, this city, who died October 28. left personal effects valued at upwards of $2,000. His daughter. Joyce Lavinia Wilson. 404 Seventh street, is executrix and sole beneficiary of the estate. ALSO Niagara Gazette - 10/29/1949 A lifelong reseident of this city and a veteran of World War 1. Her- bert Guy Wilson. 56. of 404 Seventh street, died unexpectedly of a heart attack yesterday In Memorial hos- pital. Mr Wilson was employed as a cost accountant at the Electro Metallurgical division of the Union Carbide and-Carbon corporation for 24 years, retiring last spring to enter the real estate business. He was a past commander of Li Salle Past 1142. American Legion, and a member of Niagara River Lodge 785. F and AM. Surviving are one daughter Miss Joyce Lavinia Wilson. one brother. William J. Wilson, both of this city. The Rev. John A. Redmond, St. Paul's Methodist church, will officiate at funeral servlcs at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Bell Mineral chapel. 635 Main street. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
