- Kenneth J. Denman Sr., 89, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully, at home, on November 30, 2016. He was the son of the late Robert S. and Esther Denman. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 55 years Isabel (Faiola) Denman. Kenneth was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and attended local schools. He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Intrepid during World War II until his honorable discharge in August of 1946. A salesman by trade, Kenneth worked in numerous fields during his 50 year career including real estate, insurance and automotive sales. He spent his retirement years working as a ranger at the Hyde Park Golf Course in Niagara Falls. Kenneth was a longtime member of the LaSalle Sportsmens Club and served as House Director for over 50 years. Kenneth also spent many years as a youth hockey coach. Kenneth was survived by his son Kenneth Denman Jr. and Jacquline Rosky and daughter Kathleen Denman and Mikelene Cherniak. There will be no formal services as, per his request, his final destination was the Anatomical Gift Program at the University of Buffalo for anatomical study and medical research. A Celebration of Kens Life is being planned for a future date. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the University at Buffalo Foundation.
