NIAGARA FALLS — Albert R. Williams, 68, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2011 at St. Mary's Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Born on August 24, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Bert and Violet (Raynor) Williams and attended local schools.
On December 18, 1961, he entered the US Army National Guard serving as a Track Vehicle Mechanic being honorably discharged on December 17, 1964. Albert was a security guard employed by S.E.I. Inc. He was an avid Yankees Fan and enjoyed playing cards with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Alice (Crews) Williams of Jefferson City, TN; his children, Alice (Paul) Williams of Niagara Falls, NY, Albert (Kay) Williams of Niagara Falls, NY, James (Christine) Williams of Niagara Falls, NY, Brian (Sabrina) Williams of the Town of Niagara, Ricky (Amy) Williams of Niagara Falls, NY and Crystal (Douglas) Williams of the Town of Niagara; grandchildren, Donald, Tad, Megan, Richard, Amanda, Brett, Michelle, William, Ricky, Jr., Angelica, Amber, Sarah, Brian, Jeffery, Samantha and Coda; his sister, Margaret (late John) Human of Niagara Falls, NY; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Thursday, October 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC., 319-24th St. cor. Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Burial following at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery Lewiston, NY. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
