Letters of administration were
Issued as follows:
In the"*estate of Bertha J. Williams,
who died November 16, with
a grandson, Robert L. Read the
petitioner. Distributees listed were
Ella Sprung, a daughter, RPD 1,
and Gertrude Milleville, a daughter,
9606 Cayuga drive. The personal
property was valued at not
exceeding $5,000.

Mrs. Bertha C. Williams, 81, wi-
dow of William H. Williams, died
today at her home. 10807 Old Niagara
Falls boulevard.
Mrs. Williams was born October
22, 1865 in Bergholtz, a daughter
of Daniel and Justine Lang zy, both
natives of Germany. Her late hus-
band was at one time in the gro-
cery business with the late former
Deputy Election Commissioner
Charles A. Kandt, in Main street,
Lockport. She left Lockport 32
years ago.
Mrs. Williams was a member of
Zion Evangelical Lutheran church,
Munson avenue and Eighty-eighth
street.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs.
Otto C. Sprung and Mrs. Arthur P.
Millville, of Niagara Falls, one bro-
ther, August F. Sy, Niagara Falls
and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Urtel,
Niagara Falls and Mrs. Rose Muel-
ler of Wheatfield.
Services will be held Tuesday at
2 p.m. at the home and at 2:30
at the church. Burial will be in
Holy Ghost cemetery, Bergholtz.
