LOCKPORT-Ernest W. Bluhm,
72, of Ridge Rd., a Town of Cambria
farmer for many years, died
Friday (Aug. 31, 1956) at his home
after a long illness.
He was born Nov. 1. 1883 in
Germany and was brought to this
country when an infant by his
parents, August and Fredericka
Benz Bluhm.
Surviving are his wife, the former
Adeline Broeker; two daughters,
Mrs. Anthony Kuntz. North Tonawanda.
and Mrs. Harold World,
Wilson; three brothers and two
sisters. Paul Bluhm. Lockport. John
Bluhm, St. Johnsburg, August
Bluhm. North Tonawanda, Mrs.
Otis Murray, Olcott, and Mrs. Ernest
Miller. Lockport. There are
two grandchildren a nd several
nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 2 to 5
p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the
Pruddcn and Kandt Funeral Home,
this city, where services will be
held at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will
be in North Ridge Lutheran Ceme-
tery.
