  Niagara Gazette - 7/6/1942 AUGUST STENZEL DIES Former North Tonawanda Hotel Man Passes at Daughter's Home. August Stenzel, former proprietor of the Stenzel hotel tn North Tonnwnnda, died Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Roll. 1523 Whitney avenue, with whom he had resided since his retlre- ment five years ago. He was 89 years old. Mr. Stenzel formerly served as constable m North Tonawanda. where he was In the hotel business for 2S years. His daughter is his only survivor. Funeral services will be held at Mrs Rolls homo at 2:30 p m. to- morrow, with the Rev. William F Save officiating. Burial will be in North Ridge cemetery
