Mr. Witkop was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and member of the A.A.L. of the church and a retired employee of the Riley Gear Co. Beloved husband of Frances E. (nee) Onofrio Witkop of North Tonawanda; father of Margaret LeCarney of Lockport, N Y.; grandfather of three grandchildren, and brother of Mildred Lorenz and Pear Moeller, both of North Tonawanda. Friends received by the family Saturday, 7 to 9 p.m and Sunday, 2-4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St. North Tonawanda, where services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Norbert Folvaczny will officiate. Interment White Chapel Cemetery.
