A pretty wedding took- place at
All Saints church at 3 o'clock yesterday
afternoon -when Mildred
Lorraine Howell, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Bert Howell of 3 Rogers,
avenue became the bride of John
Bolton, Jr., of Washburn street.
The Rev. O. H. Glynn Lloyd officiated
at the ceremony and the bride
was given by her father.
The bride was gowned in shell
pink crepe georgette with hat to
match and she carried a bouquet
of bride roses and gypsophila.
Miss Ruth Bolton, sister of the
groom acted as bridesmaid and was
gowned in rose crepe georgette
with hat to match and carried pink
roses. Mrs. Howell wore black
satin crepe. Burton Howell, brother
of the brrde was the best man
and Ralph Bolton and Jesse Colby
acted as ushers.
The church was decorated with
pink and white flowers and the altar
was artistically banked with
white flowers.
Following the ceremony, a reception
to the bridal party and the
immediate family was given at the
home of the bride which was prettily
decorated with baskets and
vases of garden flowers. Twelve
were seated at the bridal table
which was, centered with a minia-
ture bride,,groom and clergyman,
The color scheme of pink and
white were followed in the decorations.
An amber toilet set Was the
groom's gift to the bride while his
gift to the best man was military
brushes. The ushers received
white gold pocket combs. The
maids gift from the bride was a
white gold bracelet.
Mr. and Mrs. Bolton left for an
eastern motor trip as;d on their
return will be at home at 93 Price
street. Mrs. Bolton wore a gown
of honey dew crepe.
