Funeral Rites Friday
For William D. Tifft
Private funeral services for William
D. Tifft, 1886 Linwood avenue,
who died yesterday in Buffalo, will
be held at the Cobler Funeral home
at 2 p.m. Friday.
Mr. Tifft, a former employe of
the Union Carbide corporation, was
born in Buffalo. .He h survived by
his wife, Mrs. Ethel Tifft; his step-
son, Lewis H. Schworm, both of this
city, and his stepdaughter, Mrs.
Winifred E. Dickie, Ingelwood. Calif.
The body will be at the funeral
home after I p.m. tomorrow. The
Rev. Arthur H.. Schmoyer will officiate
at the service. Interment will
take place in Memorial Park cemetery
