BREITENBACH - Irene (nee Golem) Compton Breitenbach, 83, of North Tonawanda, Saturday (Oct. 11, 1980) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Breitenbach was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, the Women's Fellowship of the church, the League of Mercy and the Kitchen Band of the Salvation Army Golden Agers, the Women's Auxiliary to DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda, and the Wendelville Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband, Louis P. Breitenbach; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Alma) Faulkner of Kenmore and Mrs. Kenneth (Ruth) Urban of North Tonawanda. Friends may call Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Wattengel Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda where services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., the Rev. Dr. Paul R. Ritter officiating. Burial Acacia Park Cemetery.
