  Niagara Gazette - 9/22/1944 Members of the Niagara Falls detachment of the Marine Corps league were asked today to attend a prayer service, to be conducted according to Marine Corps league rituaL this evening at the home of the late Leonard Winters in Mapleton road, Shawnee. N. Y. Members planning to participate were asked to meet at the home of Anthony J. Neuhaus, 765 Fifteenth street, at 7:30 o'clock The detachment members will also participate in funeral services to be held at the family residence at 2 p.m. tomorrow, with burial In Wheatfleld cemetery.
