  Obituary from Evening News of the Tonawandas Monday, August 4, 1930 GUSTAV FRITZ - Gustav Fritz, Sweeney St, near Bush's Bridge, died shortly after midnight this morning in the Buffalo City Hospital following a brief illness. He was 64 years old. Born in North Tonawanda (sic), he had spent the greater part of his life in this city. He is survived by one son, Henry; two daughters, Nora and Elizabeth, of North Tonawanda; seven brothers, Julius, Albert, Christian J., and George of North Tonawanda, Louis H. Town of Wheatfield, John of Lockport and Edward of Wright's Corners; two sisters, Mrs. Augusta Wilke and Mrs. Henry Kopp, North Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the residence and at 2:30 from St. Paul's church, the Rev. F. A. Hinners officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's cemetery.
