Saturday evening the members of the Rescue Fire Company paid their last tribute to Albert Fritz. Following roll call the members marched to the home of Mr. C. J. Fritz. Mr. Fritz was a charter member of the company. Final rites were held Sunday at the home of his brother Mr. C. J. Fritz of 700 Falls Boulevard. Mr. Fritz passed away Thursday morning at the DeGraff Memorial Hospital after an illness of six weeks. He is survived by a wife, Minnie, three sons, Elmer and William Fritz and Martin Redlein, a daughter, Mrs. Fred Poeller, two sisters, Mrs August Wilke and Mrs. Henry Kopp, North Tonawanda and six brothers, Julius, Christian J. Louis and George of North Tonawanda, John of Lockport and Edward of Wright's Corners. Interment was at St. Paul's Cemetery. Rev. Frederick Hinners, officiated.

Albert F. Fritz, 69 years old, died yesterday at his home, 317 Schenck street, following an illness of six weeks. He was a lifelong resident. He leaves a wife.. Minnie, nee Peters; three sons, Elmer and William Fritz and Martin Redlein, North Tonawanda; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Poeller, Tonawanda; two sisters, Mrs. August Wilke and Mrs. Henry Kopp, North Tonawanda, and six brothers, Julius, Chester J., Louis and George. North Tonawanda; John, Lockport and Edward, Wright's Corners. Rites will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his brother, Charles, 700 Falls boulevard. Rev. A. F. Hinners.
